  • We recruit across over 150 categories, including fitness experts, chefs, stylists, and educators, focusing on professionals with deep expertise and a track record of excellence​​.

  • An ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, strong industry recognition, and excellent communication skills. Bonus points for camera presence.

  • Yes, we encourage referrals through our Expert Referral Program, which rewards current members for bringing in qualified peers​.

  • The onboarding process includes data verification, introduction to community standards, and alignment with our brand values. Experts are also introduced to basic tools and communication channels​​ to learn about new brand partnership opportunities.

  • Yes, Experts must sign a Pro Master Services Agreement (PMSA) which outlines broader terms, deliverables, and expectations​​.

  • If you are interested in being considered, the next step is to complete the onboarding form . This form collects the necessary information we need to properly pitch you to our brand and retail partners, which includes a recent headshot, a short bio, and your social links.

Participation in the Expert Community

  • Experts can participate in events, training, and pilot program initiatives like Expert Pick Boxes and the Referral Program​​.

  • Through training, brand collaborations, and exposure in high-quality content, we aim to elevate your professional profile​.

  • No, our agreements are non-exclusive, allowing you to pursue other opportunities​.

  • While there’s no strict requirement, active engagement increases your visibility for brand projects​​.

  • Experts are free to accept or decline projects based on their availability and interest​​.

  • Yes, you can terminate your participation at any time as outlined in the PMSA​.

Brand Partnership Participation

  • Matches are made based on an expert’s qualifications, project needs, and compatibility with the brand's objectives​​.

  • Yes, compensation details are outlined for each project. Payments are typically processed upon project completion and content delivery​​.

  • Payments are processed per the schedule in the SOW, typically via direct deposit or mailed check​​.

  • No, you do not need to submit invoices. Instead, if you incur travel expenses, you will submit receipts for reimbursement along with a completed W9 form to ensure timely processing of payments.

  • Experts are responsible for their own tax obligations. The Desire Company does not withhold taxes​.

  • Yes, experts may use the final content for personal promotion, but this is subject to prior approval and timing agreements with the brand. Typically, the Expert Team will share your finalized content with you after it has been live on the brand’s PDP (Product Detail Page) for at least 30 days.

  • The Desire Company owns the exclusive rights to all deliverables created under the PMSA, ensuring seamless usage across platforms​.

  • Sharing is permitted with prior approval and must align with brand guidelines​.

  • Experts are expected to disclose potential conflicts during project discussions. We ensure projects align with your professional ethics​​.
