How-To Use Blocks to Open Your Chest When Stretching

In this How-to, Yoga Instructor Shahada Karim shows you how to use a block for a supine chest stretch. To start, you need to lean back onto the edge of the block until it touches the bottom of your back ribs. Then, allow yourself to roll back onto the block letting your chest lift naturally and your head hand back. For a deeper stretch, extend your legs as you do this.
