this is a product review of the true
 athletics weightlifting plates
 these are called change plates so this
 is a smaller version
 of these they also make if you&amp;#39;ve you
 know ever dead lifted or done anything
 like that you know the bigger plates i
 really love these plates because they
 are very very durable if you just have
 room for some change plates maybe you&amp;#39;ve
 been using resistance bands and you want
 to take it up a notch you can even hold
 these things and just you know do
 presses and a lot of different movements
 with just change plates themselves these
 also have rubber on the inside so if
 you&amp;#39;re using them with a barbell
 they are way less likely to come
 shimmying off the plate they really stay
 like on that barbell nice and close so
 you don&amp;#39;t have to worry about them
 coming off the end of your bar
 i&amp;#39;ve used other rubber coated change
 plates and
 what i&amp;#39;ve often seen happen is this
 coating actually just starts to come off
 and it&amp;#39;ll often start peeling off where
 you really need it the most which is in
 this center part and these get tossed
 around a lot i use them a ton and they
 are still holding up strong none of them
 have started to peel or flake at all
 i discovered this brand about two years
 ago when i opened my private training
 facility i was looking for something
 that was affordable and i also really
 like the look of they make they make a
 set of plates that&amp;#39;s all black with
 color speckles if you&amp;#39;ll notice these
 are actually
 in kilograms um in olympic weightlifting
 certain colors mean a certain weight and
 so i just really like that vibe they
 were also really easy really great to
 work with because the plates will come
 when you get a big set they&amp;#39;ll come
 freight and so it was really nice to be
 able to work with them i would recommend
 these for anybody doing any kind of
 weightlifting with a barbell even
 without a barbell there&amp;#39;s a lot of
 exercises you can do they do come in
 pounds but the great thing about if you
 do get them in kilograms if you&amp;#39;re if
 you&amp;#39;re willing to do that little mathing
 typically pound plates the lowest you
 can get is a two and a half pound change
 plate the great thing about using
 kilograms is you can work with weights
 that are even less than that so maybe
 your your strength just isn&amp;#39;t there to
 hold that really great form if you have
 two and a half&amp;#39;s on both sides but if
 you had that one kilo plate you would be
 golden so i really like that you can get
 those weights in smaller increments
