 comforting and relaxing you can adjust
 the heat settings you can adjust it and
 wrap it around your limbs if you happen
 to have like cold legs or cold feet or
 even if you have back pain i discovered
 this brand in 2020 i was looking for a
 heating pad that was far infrared i
 didn&amp;#39;t want something that had electric
 coils and i didn&amp;#39;t want something that
 could potentially do harm to myself or

 this pad is that it has jade and
 tourmaline stones in it so not only does
 it heat you up the jade and tourmaline
 have a therapeutic effect on your mood
 and on your circulation this product
 benefits me personally because it helps
 me recover if i&amp;#39;ve been through very
 strenuous movement and i need to relax
 or i need to disengage a part of my body
 without moving it&amp;#39;s a great idea to put
