 with protein powders and other
 supplements i tend to cycle around a
 little bit just for the sake of variety
 and this is the one that i have been
 cycling on and off now for about six

 ton of caffeine in it so if you&amp;#39;re
 caffeine sensitive this is not something
 i&amp;#39;d recommend to you however
 for the normal gym goer and the normal
 trainer this is the kind of supplement
 that will
 give you that first scoop of pre-workout
 of your life feeling pretty much every
 time you take it
 now the flavor of this one that&amp;#39;s
 another thing it&amp;#39;s similar to protein
 powder where the flavor can be a big
 turn on or turn off for most people
 there are a couple flavors of this brand
 that i&amp;#39;m not a gigantic fan of they&amp;#39;re a
 little too sweet for me
 but they just recently released this
 freedom pop or like the bomb pop flavor
 i don&amp;#39;t know if you guys remember those
 ice cream bars that had the white
 red and blue tastes just freaking like
 it it does
 say that it has like a testosterone
 enhancing powder
 and honestly i haven&amp;#39;t really felt too
 much different about that one it&amp;#39;s more
 just i think a selling point but
 i don&amp;#39;t think this should turn women off
 either because just so you know you need
 testosterone to produce muscle fiber as

 to stop
 for coffee or if i don&amp;#39;t have time to
 make coffee what i&amp;#39;ll do is i&amp;#39;ll just
 put a scoop
 in my shaker and instead of mixing it
 with a small amount of water like i was
 going to the gym
 i just fill it up with like 30 ounces
 and just kind of sip on it

 alanine in there as well which is going
 to get you that tingly feeling that some
