how important is the core here just the multi  
 surface doesn&amp;#39;t matter whether i&amp;#39;m doing abs 
doesn&amp;#39;t matter whether i&amp;#39;m practicing anything  
 with footwork this is basically all i need so i 
would recommend this product for any athlete or  
 anybody who&amp;#39;s trying to develop that core strength
