How-To Shave Ice for a Cocktail

Learn how to shave ice for a cocktail with these tips from Mixologist Garn McCown. Using the Cocktail Kingdom Pitchfork Ice Pick, Garn lightly taps along the top of the ice back and forth. Do this in a line around the entire block until it splits. If it still doesn't fit in your glass, use the Barfly Tapered Ice Pick to shave off ice into a better shape. Watch Garn's How-To for the full process.
