In this How-to, Yoga Instructor Michelle Adams shows you how to do a proper downward dog. As you move into the pose, it's important to keep your fingertips wide and your shoulders and hands in one line. Your feet should be shoulder length apart but it's okay if you can't straighten your legs all the way. Just bend your knees a little for a little extra support. Follow along with Michelle in her How-to video.
