How-To Do Single Leg Pigeon Pose


In this How-to, Yoga Teacher Ivorie Jenkins shows you her technique for doing a single-leg pigeon pose. It's a great hip opener and once you move into the full pose, it helps stretch your shoulders and back as well. To follow along you'll need a pillow and two yoga blocks.
