Movement Therapy Guide Shahada Karim teaches you how to do a traditional cat cow pose and a modified version. Cat Cow pose is great for opening up your chest, hips, and back while helping you improve posture and balance. If you have knee or wrist pain, Shahada will demonstrate a seated modified version of the pose. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All you need is comfortable clothing and a yoga mat is recommended but not required.
