Ingredients


  • 1 frozen banana (Pro Tip: Wait for your bananas to get ripe for a few days and then freeze them in quarters so it is easier to blend)
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ¾ cup ice (makes for a thicker smoothie to hold the toppings)
  • ½ cup Coyo coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp powdered Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener 
  • 1 tsp MudWtr
  • 3 tsp Imlak’esh Organics Spirulina Powder 
  • 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Marine Collagen Powder
  • 2 heaping Tbsp of Maranatha Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ tsp Maldon sea salt flakes
  • ½ - ¾ cup almond milk


Toppings


  • Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola
  • Cocoa nibs 
  • Coconut flakes
  • Edible flowers 
  • Blueberries *frozen*
  • Bee Pollen
  • Banana Stars (Pro Tip: Use a mini star cut-out)


Recipe


  1. Add frozen ingredients to your blender.
  2. Add supplements such as collagen powder or spirulina powder.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of yogurt.
  4. Add peanut butter.
  5. Add sea salt.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk.
  7. Blend ingredients together.
  8. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  9. Add the toppings to your bowl starting with the granola, and cocoa nibs.
  10. Slice banana and cut using mini star cut-outs.
  11. Add blueberries, coconut shreds, bee pollen, edible flowers, and sea salt flakes.
