In this class, Movement Therapy Guide Shahada Karim teaches you four stretches that help relieve sciatic nerve pain. The sciatic nerve runs from your lower back to the back of your ankles. It's one of the biggest nerves in your body and it lets you know when something is wrong like when you're standing or sitting for too long. The stretches Shahada will teach you in this class help address any issues you might be experiencing in your sciatic nerve. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All you need to get started is a yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
