In this class, Movement Therapy Guide Shahada Karim teaches you four stretches you can do to help relieve mid back pain. This kind of pain is more common in people who stand most of the day or those who tend to slouch. Shahada recommends doing these four stretches in the morning when you wake up or at night before bed if you have trouble sleeping. No prior yoga experience is needed. All you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothing to get started.
