Add some movement to your day with this 10-minute Prenatal Yoga Flow led by Yoga Therapist Ivorie Jenkins. This practice will help get your blood flowing through modified poses and give you the space you need to breathe and relax. Movement is important especially when you're expecting because it keeps your joints healthy. It allows you to tune into your body and your baby giving you the space you need to grow. If you're new to the practice, Ivorie recommends taking your time getting into poses and to listen to your body and your baby if you need to stop. By the end of this class, you'll feel at peace and your body will thank you. To get started, all you need is a yoga mat, a blanket, yoga blocks, and a bolster.


Ivorie Jenkins is a Yoga therapist and E-RYT 500 who has dedicated herself to the practice, study, and teaching of Yoga since it revealed its benefits during her professional dance career. After receiving a B. A. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, Ivorie embarked on a fifteen-year professional dance career. Ivorie is now a full-time Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist, based in Los Angeles, teaching for the most sought after studios and wellness companies including Alo Yoga, Equinox, Sweat Yoga, Tantris and several corporate clients.
