Dancer and Choreographer Reina Hidalgo shares her tips and tricks for recovering after a dance session. Stretching your muscles is important but Reina also points out the benefits of giving your feet a little break after dancing. She does this by using her favorite Nike slides that give her feet a break from moving. Reina Hidalgo is a dancer and choreographer who has performed with artists such as P!nk, Rihanna, and Missy Elliott. A Miami native, Reina began her training in ballet, tap, and jazz at the age of five. She attended college at New World School of the Arts in Miami where she received numerous scholarships and her B.F.A. in dance in 2002. She most recently performed on tour with P!nk, and started a choreography and production company called AandRCreative with fellow DesireList pro, Asiel Hardison.
