Crafthouse by Fortessa Smoking Cloche Review

With the Crafthouse by Fortessa Smoking Cloche, you can add a little bit of smoke to your own creations and really impress your guests. Charles Joly, world-champion bartender, and creator of Crafthouse Cocktails, teamed up with Fortessa to design a line of bar tools celebrating the bold spirit of handcrafted cocktails. Blending vintage flair with modern ergonomics, the Cocktail Smoking Cloche infuses cocktails and food with a savory, smoky flavor. It's crafted of thick, clear glass with a silicone ring to keep the smoke safely contained. Mixologist Garn McCown uses the Fortessa Smoking Cloche to add another layer of flavor and dimension to his cocktails. It's a big hit at parties and the best part is that it's easy to use. Born and raised in Atlanta, Garn McCown worked his way through high school and college at Georgia Tech in restaurants and bars as early as 14-years-old. He began his spirits career in small restaurants, dive bars, and clubs, where he continually strived to learn and grow. This fueled his passion for craft cocktails, quality spirits, ingredients, and cutting-edge techniques. Garn truly began his craft cocktail endeavors at Bluepointe in the Buckhead Financial District of Atlanta, continuing to grow and learn at both high-volume and craft programs with Kimpton Hotels, Seed Kitchen and Bar, Marriott Hotels, The Pool Hall, The Aviary, and Gypsy Kitchen & The Southern Gentleman.
