 about 3 to 4 sprays and now I can sing
 it does have a flavor and it&amp;#39;s a honey
 flavor it&amp;#39;s almost like a lemon ish
 honey mix combination it&amp;#39;s honestly
 delicious I think I popped in one one
 time I can&amp;#39;t remember the name of it and
 I swear it had bling in jalapeno in it
 hit the back of my throat and I was like
 even worse I couldn&amp;#39;t even like to say
 anything afterwards so I&amp;#39;ve searched
 through a couple of these and this one
